The role of the Local CDL Class A Truck Driver at RGA is crucial to maintaining smooth and timely delivery operations within the Charlotte area. This position requires operating company-owned Class A commercial vehicles, ensuring the transportation of finished goods to customers, co-pack facilities, and company yards is performed safely and efficiently. This is a full-time role with scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with additional overtime opportunities to accommodate business demands. The driver will also support warehouse and shipping operations by coordinating trailer movements, conducting safety inspections, and assisting with loading and unloading when necessary. Job Requirements
- Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A)
- Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to enter and exit trucks repeatedly

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Safely operate a company-owned Class A commercial vehicle
- Deliver finished goods to customers and co-pack facilities in a timely manner
- Pick up and transport materials while verifying load accuracy and completing required documentation
- Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, trailer, yard, and door safety inspections
- Maintain accurate driver logs and transportation records
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse team regarding deliveries, trailer movements, and daily activities
- Move trailers between company yards, docks, and customer locations as required
