Starting pay can reach up to $95,000 for first-year drivers, with variations depending on experience, job type, and schedule. Several schedule options are available, including traditional schedules (typically dispatched 5.5 days per trip), 6x3 rotations (6 days on, 3 days off), and full-time positions tailored to fit diverse lifestyles. Job types available in this role include Customer Delivery Specialist, No Touch Freight operators, and Team Drivers. The work environment requires driving in all weather conditions, during weekdays, weekends, day, and night shifts.
