Clean Harbors is actively seeking an experienced OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join their safety-focused team in the Pacific Northwest region. This role involves transporting goods primarily between the Pacific Northwest and destinations in Utah and Nebraska, covering an average of 2800 to 3000+ miles per week. The position offers competitive compensation, with an annual earning potential of approximately $200,000 to $250,000, along with bi-weekly home time, providing a balanced work-life schedule. The compensation package is comprehensive, including pay for all on-duty time through hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates, and mileage pay, which rewards efficiency and adherence to schedule.

In this role, the Owner Operator is expected to uphold Clean Harbors' top priority of health and safety by consistently following all safe work practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Operators will be responsible for operating tractor trailer units safely and efficiently, managing proper load weights, and ensuring the secure loading and unloading of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials. This includes adhering to Department of Transportation regulations, such as vehicle placarding. The role also requires operators to maintain accurate daily logs, invoices, time sheets, dispatch records, trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports, ensuring compliance and transparency in all transport activities.
