Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Six months retail and cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to learn and operate a cashier register
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform basic housekeeping tasks in customer areas
- Ability to navigate safely in service bays
- Strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Greet customers as you see them, speak politely, and assist customers
- First point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect customers with service specialist to identify services needed
- Accurately input work order information into POS and verify accuracy of services performed
- Operate a cash register and maintain an accurate and organized drawer
- Collect and close out pending invoices
- Ability to communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders
- Answer phones promptly and address customer needs quickly using proper phone etiquette
- Interface with multiple electronic platforms to ensure clear and concise communication
- Stock and face merchandise in customer area
- Perform customer area and restroom maintenance such as but not limited to detail cleaning toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, mirrors and doors, service trash cans, and wipe excess oil off counters, doors, windows
- Perform weekly and monthly projects
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
- Maintain a safe facility and use safety first practices to remain accident-free
- Other tasks as assigned
