The job offers flexible shifts beginning as early as 5:00 AM and extending to midnight, depending on café hours and availability. Candidates will partake in tasks such as food and smoothie preparation, station organization, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, operating the cash register, and ensuring safety policies are upheld throughout the café environment. It is a role well suited to energetic individuals who can adapt to fast-paced settings, multitask effectively, and sustain a positive attitude under pressure. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts, lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, and perform frequent bending, reaching, and other movements necessary for smooth café operations. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers

- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late nights
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer
- Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies to standards
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other café areas
- Follows steps to operate the register including taking orders and handling cash
- Follows all safety and security policies
- Performs additional tasks necessary to run the café
