The position offers a vibrant, fast-paced work environment where daily tasks range from preparing ingredients and assembling food to managing customer interactions and maintaining cleanliness across the cafe. Team Members are equipped and expected to operate registers, handle cash responsibly, and follow all safety and security policies to ensure smooth operations. Physical demands include continuous standing and walking throughout a shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stretching, and frequent face-to-face engagement with customers and other team members, all within a supportive and positive work culture. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work flexible hours including early mornings and late nights
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willingness to adhere to all safety and security policies
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic food preparation and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Interacts with Team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
- Delivers "Unparalleled Hospitality" to each customer that visits the cafe
- Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s standards
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other cafe areas
- Operates the register including taking orders and handling cash accurately
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
- Performs additional tasks as necessary to run the cafe
