Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly
- Ability to perform multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable availability starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if needed
- Ability to work face-to-face with customers and team members
- Must follow all safety and security policies
- Willingness to accept additional responsibilities as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or food service is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the cafe
- Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other cafe areas
- Follows steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, handling cash, and managing the drawer
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
- Performs additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
