The Team Member role at Tropical Smoothie Café is crucial in supporting the brand's mission of promoting healthy living and delivering unparalleled hospitality. Team Members interact directly with customers, team colleagues, and vendors, ensuring a positive and energetic atmosphere in the café. Responsibilities include preparing fresh ingredients, assembling and serving food and smoothies that meet the company's quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café, and managing register operations. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior food service or customer service experience preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to engage positively with customers and coworkers
Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings or late nights
Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately
Willingness to adhere to all safety and security policies
Ability to multitask and remain positive under stress

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the café
Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Café's standards
Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other café areas
Operates the register including taking orders, handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer
Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the café
