As a Team Member at Tropical Smoothie Café, your role revolves around delivering ‘Unparalleled Hospitality’ to every customer. You will engage directly with customers, team members, and vendors daily, ensuring every interaction is guided by DYNE’s core values including solid relationships, playing to win, a creative spirit, and living better. Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts
- Capability to bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required
- Competence in multitasking and remaining positive under stressful conditions
- Willingness to interact face-to-face with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work from 5:00 AM until midnight based on café hours

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is beneficial but not required
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Job Duties
- Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the café
- Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Café's standards
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other café areas
- Follows steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and managing the cash drawer
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
- Performs additional tasks necessary to run the café
