Job Requirements

Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds
strong face-to-face communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to multitask and remain positive under stress
frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
strong communication and customer service skills
ability to work flexible hours including early mornings or late evenings
ability to stand and move for extended periods
positive and energetic attitude
ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the cafe
prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards
uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the cafe
follows steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer
follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
