The position involves working as a Team Member, a vital role that directly supports the cafe’s mission by delivering unparalleled hospitality and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. The position requires active interaction with customers, colleagues, and vendors, providing a welcoming and engaging experience to every visitor. Key responsibilities include preparing ingredients, assembling and serving menu items that meet Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s standards, maintaining workstation cleanliness and organization, managing cash register duties, and adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols. Physical demands require standing and walking throughout shifts, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment that may sometimes be stressful.

Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts

Job Duties
- Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE’s core values
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the cafe
- Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s standards
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe
- Operates register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and managing the drawer
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
- Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
