They are currently seeking motivated Team Members to join their dedicated workforce. This role offers flexible working hours, suitable for early risers as shifts can start as early as 5:00 AM and extend into the evening until midnight, based on the café’s operational hours and availability. The position not only focuses on customer service and food preparation but also involves active participation in the team’s development and operational support.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Must be able to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
- Ability to safely navigate a fast-paced café environment
- Must be able to multitask and remain positive under stress
- Ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach overhead, and stretch
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to learn to use other computer software programs
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
Job Duties
- Assist in inventory training when necessary
- Drive brand values and standards through all training and development activities
- Assist with the coaching, training, and development of management and crew members
- Assist with hiring and staffing needs while focusing on critically under-staffed cafés
- Provide support for any new software rollouts and training
- Ensure team member training programs are executed per Tropical Smoothie Café and DYNE standards
- Interact with crew members, customers, and vendors using DYNE’s core values
- Deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the café
- Be knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the café
- Successfully complete the Café Basics and Certified Trainer Program
- Ensure each station operates to Tropical Smoothie Café standards
- Train and coach crew members during each shift to uphold brand standards
- Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory using MyInventory
- Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the café
