The role of Assistant Store Manager at DYNE Hospitality Group is a pivotal operational support position designed to aid General Managers across 30 to 40 cafes. This role carries significant responsibility, including assisting with new cafe openings, facilitating comprehensive training programs, providing coverage during General Manager vacations or transitions, and supporting cafes temporarily without a GM. The Assistant Store Manager is tasked with coaching, developing, and training both management and crew members to ensure that brand standards and core values are consistently maintained. Flexibility in working hours is essential due to varying cafe schedules that may start as early as 5 a.m. or extend until midnight. The position is hourly and non-exempt, emphasizing the need for an individual capable of adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
