The role operates on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, specifically the Pitman 2-2-3 pattern, running from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am. Candidates must be prepared to adapt to shift work while maintaining consistent quality and productivity.
The work environment emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and continuous learning. Trimmer Die Assemblers are crucial contributors to ensuring ATI products remain durable and perform under the rigorous conditions that their end use demands.
