Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and knife skills
  • Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • A culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of stations as needed
