With a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, Badger hires professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, believing it not only fulfills a social responsibility but also strengthens the organization. The company’s reputation for reliability, safety, and technological advancement has established it as an industry leader.
The Trench Safety (CDL) Delivery Driver role is pivotal within Badger’s operational framework. This position revolves around the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of trench safety equipment to and from customer job sites, ensuring that all equipment is maintained in excellent condition and all delivery-related documentation is accurately completed. Operating Class A commercial vehicles, including trucks equipped with truck-mounted boom equipment, the Delivery Driver is responsible for maneuvering safely in challenging environments such as confined spaces and high-traffic job sites. This role demands strict adherence to safety regulations, including load securing compliant with Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines, as well as company policies.
The position offers hourly compensation between $28 and $30, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include not only transport but also loading and unloading of materials using specialized boom equipment, maintaining cleanliness and serviceability of the vehicle, and completing essential paperwork such as service tickets, DOT logs, and inspection reports. The successful candidate must be prepared to work flexible and extended shifts as needed to fulfill the job requirements.
Working as a Trench Safety (CDL) Delivery Driver at Badger Infrastructure Solutions means joining a team where safety, professionalism, and dedication are paramount. The company supports its drivers with a comprehensive benefits package, including low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan with employer matching contributions, vacation programs, inclusive group life insurance, and an employee assistance program (EAP) for behavioral health support. Additional perks include an employee referral program, ongoing training opportunities, per diem allowances, and generous weekly pay with overtime access.
At Badger, there is a strong emphasis on career growth and employee development, making it an excellent place for individuals seeking long-term stability and professional advancement. The role requires a Class A CDL license, experience with large equipment hauling and truck-mounted boom operation, and ideally an air brakes endorsement. Experience driving manual transmissions without automatic restrictions is preferred but not mandatory, as Badger encourages candidates who believe they are qualified to apply regardless of whether they meet all listed criteria.
Joining Badger Infrastructure Solutions as a Trench Safety (CDL) Delivery Driver provides a unique opportunity to be part of a respected company with a history of innovation and a commitment to workforce diversity, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals focused on operating large commercial vehicles safely and efficiently while contributing to essential infrastructure projects across a variety of industries and government sectors.
