The Kith Treats Shift Supervisor position based at the Miami Design District store offers full-time hours paying between $19.00 to $21.00 per hour plus commission and tips. This role is vital in supporting the Shop Manager by planning and overseeing the daily operational activities of the treats shop. The shift supervisor leads and motivates the team to enhance customer service, drive sales, and improve profitability, while upholding high store standards and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities include ensuring customer needs are met with swift and effective service, resolving complaints, managing store cleanliness, and maintaining operational procedures consistently. The role also entails merchandising products and displays to optimize sales outcomes.

The shift supervisor acts as the Manager on Duty during assigned shifts, guiding workflow and ensuring alignment with retail leadership in the absence of the Shop Manager. This includes enforcing all Kith and Kith Treats policies, overseeing industrial kitchen equipment maintenance, supporting performance goals, and executing store initiatives that elevate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves participating in housekeeping duties such as dusting and trash collection and assisting with food safety compliance and in-store or off-site activations. The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-service-centric and organized approach.
