Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
at least 1 year of experience in a dental office or related healthcare setting
proficient in using dental practice management software
excellent verbal and written communication skills
capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
professional and courteous telephone etiquette
availability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1 year dental experience
excel in multi-tasking and time management
possess outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
have excellent customer service and organizational skills
experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and insurance verification preferred
strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and dental software
ability to learn new programs
