Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in a dental office or related healthcare setting
- proficient in using dental practice management software
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
- professional and courteous telephone etiquette
- availability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year dental experience
- excel in multi-tasking and time management
- possess outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
- have excellent customer service and organizational skills
- experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and insurance verification preferred
- strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and dental software
- ability to learn new programs
Job Duties
- Greet and schedule patients
- collect co-payments
- present treatment plans
- ensure schedules meet production goals
- develop reports on production goals
- conduct treatment plan consultations with patients
- manage appointment rescheduling and confirmation
