Operating primarily out of West Palm Beach, FL, the organization is equipped to facilitate extensive global travel and provides both live-in accommodations and relocation packages to suitable candidates. Known for its commitment to excellence and discretion, this establishment prides itself on maintaining the highest standards of luxury service, catering to the needs of principals who require seamless and efficient personal assistance around the clock.
This full-time Traveling Valet / Butler role is crafted for an experienced individual prepared to engage in extensive international travel, supporting a UHNW principal with impeccable personal service. The salary offered is highly competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, reflecting the specialized skills and dedication required for this position. Flexibility in the work schedule is paramount, as the role demands irregular hours, particularly during travel and events.
The primary function of this role centers around superior wardrobe management and personal presentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the principal’s wardrobe across multiple residences, ensuring each garment is impeccably cared for. Duties include pressing, steaming, making minor repairs, and managing detailed inventories to maintain a flawless appearance for every occasion. Coordination with high-end stylists, tailors, and premium luxury brands will be necessary, highlighting the importance of professional relationships and excellent communication skills.
Another critical aspect of this role involves packing and unpacking for complex travel itineraries, including multi-stop and multi-climate journeys. The Traveling Valet / Butler must demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities to ensure all luggage is tracked and accounted for, coordinating logistics with travel teams, hotels, and household staff. This attention to detail and preparation ensures the principal’s journey is smooth and stress-free.
Beyond wardrobe and travel logistics, the role requires assisting the principal with daily readiness, managing accessories, shoes, and all personal effects with meticulous care and discretion. Close collaboration with estate staff, other butlers, and security teams is necessary to maintain consistent wardrobe standards and uphold the high level of service expected.
This position also involves providing support during special events and guest stays, requiring adaptability and a customer-focused mindset. The successful candidate must be highly discreet, demonstrating strong judgment and professionalism at all times. With a deep understanding of luxury personal service and the demands of a UHNW lifestyle, this Traveling Valet / Butler will be a vital part of the principal’s daily life, ensuring impeccable presentation and a seamless travel experience with unmatched care and attention.
Overall, this role offers a rare opportunity to join an elite team dedicated to luxury personal service, offering a rewarding career path for candidates passionate about excellence in service, travel, and discretion. Candidates must be prepared for extensive international travel and flexible working hours, and the company supports their well-being through comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, sick days, a 401K with employer match, and discretionary bonuses.
