Job Requirements
- Minimum 5–10+ years of experience in private service (valet, butler, or similar role)
- Proven experience supporting UHNW principals with frequent international travel
- Advanced knowledge of garment care and luxury wardrobe management
- Strong packing and organizational skills for complex travel itineraries
- Highly discreet with strong judgment and professionalism
- Flexible and able to adapt to last-minute changes and high-pressure environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain and organize the principal's wardrobe across multiple residences
- Handle garment care, including pressing, steaming, minor repairs, and inventory
- Prepare outfits based on travel, events, and daily schedule
- Coordinate with stylists, tailors, and luxury brands as needed
- Manage all packing and unpacking for domestic and international travel
- Prepare for multi-stop and multi-climate itineraries
- Track luggage and ensure all items are accounted for
- Coordinate with travel teams, hotels, and household staff
- Assist the principal with daily readiness, including wardrobe and presentation
- Manage accessories, shoes, and personal items
- Maintain organization and readiness of all personal effects
- Work closely with estate staff, butlers, and security teams
- Ensure wardrobe consistency and standards across all residences
- Support during events and guest stays when needed
