The role of Traveling Superintendent is pivotal to the success and timely delivery of ground-up and major renovation projects managed by the company. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality expectations. Key duties include coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and project schedules, leading site meetings, and maintaining strong communication with all project stakeholders to foster transparency and resolve challenges proactively. The successful candidate will utilize construction management technologies such as Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling software to maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress effectively. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
