Job Description

SAS Retail Services, a division of Advantage Solutions, is a leading retail services company dedicated to transforming the shopping experience across the globe. With a robust network of over 65,000 dedicated teammates serving more than 4,000 brands and retail customers in over 40 countries, SAS Retail Services is at the forefront of retail merchandising and execution. The company takes pride in connecting people with the products and experiences that enrich their lives, offering unparalleled opportunities for career growth, support, and professional development. By joining SAS Retail Services, employees become part of a vibrant community focused on innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction.

In this role as an in-store merchandising leader, you will play a pivotal part in supporting grocery retailers by ensuring that product presentation and store environments align with brand and retailer standards. The position involves executing category resets, building eye-catching displays and end caps, rotating and date-checking products for freshness, and ensuring accurate placement of pricing tags. You will be responsible for maintaining shelf standards according to planograms, identifying out-of-stock items, managing backstock and discontinued goods, and collaborating closely with store leadership to carry out project initiatives efficiently. Your role will extend to training new team members, supporting scheduling requirements, and providing operational oversight within the store setting.

To enhance efficiency, you will utilize company technology or personal devices to track your daily progress, capture visual documentation of merchandising efforts, communicate any issues encountered, and complete required reporting tasks. This dynamic role involves frequent travel, including regular overnight hotel stays, allowing you to engage with different retail environments and broaden your professional horizons. The employment type is hourly, offering a competitive wage of $19.00 per hour. No prior experience is required as the company provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow within the organization. Additional work hours may be available upon request, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible yet rewarding employment in the retail sector.

Working with SAS Retail Services means joining a company that values your commitment and encourages internal promotions. The company is committed to providing a supportive work environment with benefits tailored to meet you and your family’s needs, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as wellness programs and access to exclusive discounts through the Associate Perks program. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to develop your skills, gain leadership experience, and make a meaningful impact in the retail industry while enjoying the support of a company that genuinely cares about your success and well-being.
