The role of a Retail Odyssey Merchandiser involves providing critical in-store merchandising support to various retailers to meet shoppers' demands effectively. This position focuses on hands-on tasks such as building engaging displays and end caps, resetting shelves with proper product rotation to maintain freshness and appeal, and meticulously tracking inventory to ensure stock levels align with sales opportunities. The role requires traveling regularly, often up to 50 percent or more of the time, reflecting the need to support multiple store locations and adapt to diverse retail environments.
