The company offers a dynamic, fast-paced team atmosphere with competitive benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. This opportunity is particularly attractive for individuals seeking to start or advance their career in a clerical role within the healthcare sector.

The position available is for a Traveling Receptionist who will play a vital role in supporting multiple clinic locations in the Santa Rosa area and its surrounding cities. This entry-level role provides a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in a professional healthcare setting and develop essential administrative and customer service skills. The role involves greeting and checking in examinees, answering and directing calls, preparing charts and paperwork, escorting examinees to exam rooms, maintaining a clean and organized lobby, assisting clinic staff, monitoring appointment workflows, supporting the Clinic Director with administrative tasks, and ongoing participation in training opportunities. This role offers variety, real responsibility, and a structured yet flexible work schedule provided six weeks in advance to facilitate planning. The traveling nature of the position requires occasional early mornings, later afternoons, and weekend shifts, making flexibility a key attribute. The company is willing to train motivated individuals who bring strong customer service abilities, a positive attitude, and computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications.
