This job opportunity is for an Entry-Level Traveling Receptionist based in Santa Rosa, California, with travel to surrounding cities. The Traveling Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of multiple clinic locations, providing essential support for daily operations. Key responsibilities include greeting and checking in examinees professionally and warmly, answering and routing phone calls efficiently, preparing necessary paperwork and charts for appointments, escorting examinees to exam rooms, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby. Additional duties involve assisting the clinical staff and physicians, managing workflow to ensure appointments run on schedule, supporting the Clinic Director with administrative tasks, and participating in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and career growth. Work schedules provide some flexibility, including occasional early mornings, late afternoons, and weekends, with schedules distributed six weeks in advance to allow for personal planning.
Ideal candidates will have a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation to perform travel requirements, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications. Strong communication skills, excellent organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently in a busy environment are essential.
