Job Requirements
- Ability to travel extensively
- Minimum of five years of experience in construction project management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a similar field

Job Duties
- Lead all phases of construction projects while collaborating with operations, field leadership, preconstruction, and support teams
- Coordinate project teams, schedules, resources, and communication to maintain alignment across stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, procurement, forecasting, job costs, cash flow, contract administration, and risk mitigation
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships
- Support business development efforts by fostering client relationships and identifying future opportunities
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Oversee project closeout and documentation processes
