Job Description

HHS, originally founded in 1975 as Hospital Housekeeping Systems, is a private, family-owned business committed to providing honest, quality-driven customer service while caring for its team members. The company offers a variety of services including housekeeping, food, and facility management, catering to nearly 1,000 customers across six different industries. With over four decades of experience, HHS has established itself as a trusted provider in the facilities management sector. Its strong foundation and dedication to excellence have fueled rapid growth, and the company is actively seeking motivated leaders to join during this exciting next stage of their journey. HHS places a strong emphasis on nurturing internal talent, believing that many future leaders already exist within their ranks and are simply waiting for the right opportunity to advance. The company also values diversity, equity, and inclusion, actively fostering a workplace culture where individuals of all backgrounds are respected, heard, and encouraged to grow professionally. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team plays an instrumental role in maintaining this supportive and inclusive environment.

This position is a traveling role based in the US state of Arizona but requires willingness to relocate. The annual salary for this leadership role is $125,000. Located within the hospital housekeeping department, this role demands a results-oriented leader who can inspire, manage, and develop a cohesive team dedicated to creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment essential for patient recovery. As a Housekeeping Department Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, thereby directly contributing to the overall patient experience and hospital reputation. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a service-oriented mentality, and the ability to make decisive judgments while fostering a positive and productive team culture. The responsibilities include managing team recruitment, training, development, overseeing daily inspections and quality control, and driving compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations. In addition to operational leadership, the role involves collaborating with various leadership levels within the company to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, business ethics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining attention to detail. The position offers a challenging but rewarding opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission and grow with a company dedicated to employee development and inclusion.
