The Traveling Chef Manager must excel in supervisory responsibilities, including enforcing service standards, maintaining quality and consistency of food production, and addressing any operational challenges swiftly and efficiently. A key aspect of the position is the ability to step in and take full control of the kitchen operations in the absence of a manager.

The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of therapeutic and modified diets common in healthcare settings, at least one year of prior healthcare experience, and a genuine passion for providing true hospitality to both guests and staff. This role supports maintaining service excellence, safety, quality, and compliance throughout the culinary operation at Aventura at Carriage Inn and its associated locations. The position is integral to ensuring residents receive nutritionally balanced, well-prepared meals that contribute to their health and satisfaction.

Job Requirements
