Renowned for its commitment to excellence, Stability Healthcare has rapidly become one of the most highly rated agencies in the travel nursing community. The company aims to connect skilled nurses with rewarding assignments, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits designed to support both professional growth and personal wellbeing. With access to a vast network of healthcare facilities spanning coast to coast, Stability Healthcare offers its nurses unparalleled flexibility to choose assignments in desirable locations and work environments. Whether you prefer the sunny beaches of California, the picturesque Rockies in Colorado, the dynamic seasons of the East Coast, or the warm climates of Florida, Stability Healthcare ensures a broad spectrum of opportunities to suit diverse preferences and lifestyles.

This travel nursing job opportunity is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in wound care, specifically within the Med/Surg department, located in San Francisco, California. The position entails a 13-week contract starting on June 1, 2026, with a commitment of 40 hours per week working eight-hour day shifts. As a wound care RN, you will play a vital role in managing patients with various types of wounds, including those resulting from disease, injury, or medical procedures. The role requires specialized knowledge in wound treatment, monitoring, and management, often encompassing skills related to continence and ostomy nursing. Wound care nurses in this capacity are instrumental in promoting healing and preventing complications, thereby improving patient outcomes and overall quality of care.

Beyond the clinical responsibilities, Stability Healthcare supports its nurses with a comprehensive benefits package. These include a $600 travel bonus to offset relocation and travel expenses, health insurance coverage from day one through United Healthcare, and a paid time off (PTO) plan that begins accruing immediately and can be utilized during the contract or cashed out upon completion. Additionally, the agency guarantees a stipend in the event the facility cancels shifts and provides an extra hourly bonus for any overtime worked beyond contracted hours. This competitive compensation and benefits structure highlights Stability Healthcare's commitment to recognizing the valuable contributions of its nursing staff and enhancing their contract experience. Nurses working with Stability Healthcare are empowered to advance their nursing careers while enjoying flexible lifestyle options and strong financial incentives.
