Job Requirements
- Current RN license
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in wound care or related field
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on day shifts
- Willingness to travel and relocate to San Francisco, California
- Ability to commit to a 13-week contract starting 06/01/2026
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Job Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Certification in wound care nursing (WOCN or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in med/surg nursing with specialization in wound care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care practices
Job Duties
- Assess and monitor wound conditions and document progress
- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans
- Provide patient education and support regarding wound management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care
- Utilize advanced wound care techniques and technologies
- Manage continence and ostomy care as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and safety standards
