Job Requirements

  • active rn license in california
  • minimum 2 years of nursing experience
  • certification in wound care (such as cwcn or wcc) preferred
  • ability to work 40 hours per week
  • availability to start on june 1, 2026
  • willingness to travel and adapt to new clinical environments
  • current basic life support (bls) certification

Job Qualifications

  • registered nurse (rn) licensure in the state of california
  • experience in wound care nursing
  • strong assessment and clinical skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • excellent communication and patient education skills
  • knowledge of infection control practices
  • proficiency with electronic medical records

Job Duties

  • assessing and treating patients with wounds
  • developing and implementing wound care plans
  • monitoring progress and documenting wound healing
  • educating patients and families on wound care techniques
  • collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
  • maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • managing wound care supplies and equipment
