Job Requirements
- active rn license in california
- minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- certification in wound care (such as cwcn or wcc) preferred
- ability to work 40 hours per week
- availability to start on june 1, 2026
- willingness to travel and adapt to new clinical environments
- current basic life support (bls) certification
Job Qualifications
- registered nurse (rn) licensure in the state of california
- experience in wound care nursing
- strong assessment and clinical skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- excellent communication and patient education skills
- knowledge of infection control practices
- proficiency with electronic medical records
Job Duties
- assessing and treating patients with wounds
- developing and implementing wound care plans
- monitoring progress and documenting wound healing
- educating patients and families on wound care techniques
- collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- managing wound care supplies and equipment
