3B Healthcare Inc. is a leading healthcare staffing agency in the United States, dedicated to providing exceptional workforce solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations across the country. Specializing in travel nursing, 3B Healthcare connects highly skilled medical professionals with facilities in need, ensuring quality patient care and effective workforce management. With a focus on strategic connections, rigorous candidate vetting, and sustainable workforce planning, the company has established itself as a trusted partner in the healthcare industry. Certified by The Joint Commission, 3B Healthcare upholds the highest standards for patient safety and care quality, reinforcing its commitment to excellence in healthcare staffing. The agency's mission is to positively impact the healthcare landscape by delivering dedicated clinical talent that enables providers to focus on outstanding patient outcomes.
The role offered by 3B Healthcare Inc. is for a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Surgical Cardiac Telemetry, based in Seattle, Washington at the Providence Swedish Cherry Hill Campus. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced travel nurse seeking a challenging role in a high-acuity telemetry unit. The assignment is a 13-week travel nursing position commencing on June 1, 2026, involving 36 hours per week on a nights shift (12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three nights a week). The role involves caring for complex cardiac and vascular post-operative patients requiring advanced monitoring techniques and rapid clinical interventions.
The Surgical Cardiac Telemetry Unit is designed to manage patients recovering post-open-heart surgery, including those in the first 24 to 28 hours post-operation. Patients typically include those with myocardial infarction, rule-out MI, heart failure, and those who have undergone vascular surgery with sites at radial or groin locations. The unit demands a deep understanding of advanced cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and management of chest tubes, tracheostomy care, and CPAP/BiPAP therapies. Familiarity with high-acuity telemetry situations involving left ventricular assist devices (LVAD), ventricular assist devices (VAD), and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is highly preferred. The role promises a competitive weekly gross pay of approximately $2,150 and includes a taxable hourly rate as well as a weekly stipend.
Registered nurses applying for this position must have a minimum of three years of telemetry experience, specifically in surgical cardiac telemetry, and prior travel nursing experience is required. Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are mandatory. This position offers the opportunity to be part of one of Seattle's leading cardiac care teams, contributing to critical post-operative and vascular patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. Ideal candidates are those who can thrive in a rapid-response setting while providing compassionate and expert nursing care that aligns with the standards of 3B Healthcare and Providence Swedish Cherry Hill Campus.
