Job Description

Join one of the fastest-growing luxury spa groups in the country as a Senior Travel Sales Manager, a pivotal role designed for a high-performing sales leader with a passion for driving revenue, leading teams, and selling premium services. This company specializes in luxury MedSpa and wellness services, delivering a five-star client experience through state-of-the-art treatments including injectables, facials, skincare, and body contouring. With a strong emphasis on excellence and customer satisfaction, this organization has cultivated a prestigious presence within the spa and aesthetics industry, continuously expanding its footprint across multiple key states. The company's commitment to quality, innovation, and client engagement positions it as a market leader in the luxury wellness sector. Employment is full-time, and the compensation package includes a $3,000 base salary augmented by uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive travel benefits.

This role is exceptional in that it involves travel-based leadership assignments across numerous high-priority MedSpa locations including Florida, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. Each deployment ranges from 60 to 90 days depending on how quickly the location stabilizes under your guidance. As the Senior Travel Sales Manager, your core responsibility is to elevate sales operations and team performance across each site. You will provide hands-on coaching to spa staff, implement proven high-conversion sales strategies, and maintain consistent revenue growth while ensuring an industry-leading client experience. Travel expenses, including flights, hotels, gas, and tolls, are fully covered, and between assignments, you will return home. The schedule is Sunday through Friday, with Saturdays off, allowing for crucial rest and preparation for the next deployment.

The Senior Travel Sales Manager will lead the daily sales operations and strategy implementation for multiple MedSpa locations, ensuring each team is motivated and aligned with revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Support for new spa openings is also a critical aspect of the role, where you will help integrate new team members and set them on a path to success. Selling premium services such as injectables, facials, skincare, body contouring, and membership packages requires advanced sales expertise and a polished professional presence. Training and motivating in-spa teams are essential duties, focusing on converting sales, enhancing service presentation, and building lasting client relationships that drive retention and referrals. This role goes beyond sales management; it is about fostering leadership, tactical execution, and a deep understanding of luxury wellness market dynamics.
