The compensation model includes either the base pay or incentive-based earnings, whichever is higher, rewarding driven individuals for their performance. Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to participate in 6-week training program
Job Qualifications
- Sales experience: at least 1 year in a sales role with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Technical skills: comfortable navigating multiple systems, including CRM tools, chat, email, and Microsoft Office
- Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in outbound follow-up
- Coachability: openness to feedback and ability to apply coaching to improve performance

Job Duties
- Serve as a trusted travel advisor by providing personalized vacation recommendations
- Build new customer relationships through inbound calls (approximately 1-2 per hour)
- Process new reservations and manage changes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and nurture leads through follow-up outreach and CRM updates
- Engage prospective customers through targeted campaigns and outbound communication
- Maintain engaging phone conversations with customers while navigating multiple systems efficiently
- Deliver exceptional service aligned with our Customer Connection methodology
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
