The Travel Sales Agent role at World Travel Holdings offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about travel who excel in sales and customer relationship management. As a Travel Sales Agent, you will serve as a trusted advisor providing expert vacation recommendations, facilitating reservation processes, and maintaining strong client relationships. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in sales or related customer service role
- Ability to work full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable high-speed internet connection

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to use multiple software systems simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and apply coaching feedback
- Self-motivated and organized
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a sales role with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems, including CRM tools, chat, email, and Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in outbound follow-up
- Openness to feedback and ability to apply coaching to improve performance
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a structured, virtual call center environment

Job Duties
- Serve as a trusted travel advisor by providing personalized vacation recommendations
- Build new customer relationships through inbound calls (approximately 1-2 per hour)
- Process new reservations and manage changes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and nurture leads through follow-up outreach and CRM updates
- Engage prospective customers through targeted campaigns and outbound communication
- Maintain engaging phone conversations with customers while navigating multiple systems efficiently
- Deliver exceptional service aligned with our Customer Connection methodology
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
