This full-time, remote position typically involves working 35 to 45 hours per week, with a structured training period lasting six weeks conducted Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. After training, shift schedules may vary throughout the day and evening, including weekends, holidays, and non-consecutive days off. Agents are expected to meet or exceed individual sales goals continuously and participate actively in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training initiatives designed to enhance performance and career growth.
Compensation includes paid training at $15 per hour and a competitive earnings potential averaging approximately $40,000 in the first year, with opportunities for higher earnings based on individual sales performance. Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales role
- Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection

Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a sales role with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems including CRM tools, chat, email, and Microsoft Office

Job Duties
