The Travel Sales Agent role at World Travel Holdings is a fully remote position based in the U.S., offering candidates the opportunity to engage in the travel industry while working from home. Training is comprehensive and paid at $15 per hour for the initial six weeks, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. Post-training work hours may vary broadly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with quarterly shift bidding to accommodate employee preferences within extended time windows from early morning to late night. The compensation package offers a strong earning potential, with average first-year earnings around $40,000, combining base pay and incentive earnings to reward consistent high performance.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Proficiency in using CRM software and communication tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Access to a private workspace free from distractions

- Availability to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience with proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Job Duties
