Job Requirements
- Registered nurse licensure
- minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- availability for 12-hour rotating shifts
- willingness to travel to Juneau, Alaska
- ability to commit to a 13-week assignment
- effective leadership and decision-making skills
Job Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- experience in nursing supervision or leadership roles
- strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- prior experience in acute care settings preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee nursing unit operations during assigned shifts
- coordinate staff assignments and manage workflow
- act as a clinical resource and provide guidance to nursing staff
- ensure compliance with healthcare policies and protocols
- facilitate communication between nursing staff and hospital management
- respond to patient care issues and emergencies
- assist in staff training and performance evaluations
