Host Healthcare is currently seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Travel Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Case Management for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Oakland, California. This position is designed for an RN with a passion for coordinating patient care, improving outcomes, and navigating the complex healthcare landscape to ensure optimal resource utilization. The assignment offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts, providing a balanced schedule for maintaining a healthy professional and personal life. Job Requirements

  • Active RN licensure in California
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
  • Experience in case management or related nursing field
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week on day shifts
  • Flexibility to start on 07/27/2026
  • Willingness to travel and relocate temporarily to Oakland
  • Compliance with Host Healthcare travel policies

Job Qualifications
