Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years or older
- have reliable transportation to and from work locations
- be physically capable of performing duties including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
- demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- be willing to travel within and outside home state with overnight stays
- maintain a safety-first mentality
- possess enthusiasm and outgoing personality
- able to work independently and collaboratively
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or merchandising experience a plus but not required
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results
- comfortable with traveling and overnight stays
- ability to maintain a safety-first approach in a retail environment
Job Duties
- provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
- build displays and end caps
- reset shelves with product rotation
- track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities
- travel regularly up to 50% or more of the time
- interact with customers and management in a friendly and professional manner
- perform physical tasks involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
