SASR offers W-2 employment status and supports its workforce with a variety of benefits including weekly pay, lodging during assignments, and referral bonuses.

The role of Travel Project Coordinator at SASR Workforce Solutions is pivotal to the successful delivery of retail projects. This role entails overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that client goals, timelines, and budgets are consistently met or exceeded. As a Travel Project Coordinator, you will lead and support teams in the field, often requiring extended travel periods that can last several weeks or longer depending on project demands. This position is ideal for someone with solid retail supervisory and merchandising experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and is capable of managing multiple aspects of a project simultaneously. The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with clients and team members alike.

Success in this position involves treating team members, clients, and customers with the utmost respect while ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary tools and information to perform their duties effectively. You will enforce client policies and procedures, maintain a safe work environment by overseeing safety gear use, and diligently monitor progress to adjust plans for timely project completion. Your responsibilities will include supervising associates working on planograms, fixture installations, stocking, and other store support tasks. Additionally, you will manage administrative duties such as photographing project progress, sending detailed reports, and maintaining daily communication with clients. Candidates must be flexible, patient, and able to work in varied environments, including inclement and cold weather conditions.

The position requires physical stamina; coordinators must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks involving ladders and bending or stretching. Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and planograms is essential, as is the ability to assemble retail fixtures such as gondolas, power wings, and end caps. Familiarity with mobile reporting platforms and basic merchandising tools further aids in the effective execution of daily tasks. Travel is mandatory for up to 90% of the time, necessitating reliable transportation to job sites. The role offers competitive pay based on experience, ranging from $24 to $27 per hour, along with benefits like weekly pay and lodging during projects. If you are a committed professional ready to lead retail teams and deliver outstanding project outcomes, SASR Workforce Solutions offers a supportive and rewarding environment to grow your career.
