Job Requirements

  • Must be able to travel 90% of the time
  • reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • flexibility and patience for changing duties
  • strong sense of urgency and drive
  • willingness to work in inclement and cold conditions
  • ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours on concrete floors
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • ability to ascend and descend ladders
  • ability to bend, stretch, and twist as required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of retail supervisory experience leading teams of up to 20 associates
  • minimum two years of retail merchandising experience
  • ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and planograms
  • experience assembling retail fixtures including gondolas, power wings, and end caps
  • strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • familiarity with mobile reporting platforms
  • basic merchandiser tools and equipment knowledge

Job Duties

  • Understand and enforce client policies and procedures
  • lead teams to maintain a safe work environment, including use of proper safety gear
  • monitor daily progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion
  • supervise associates completing planograms, fixture installations, stocking, and store support tasks
  • maintain clean and organized work environments
  • complete administrative duties such as taking project photos, sending reports, and daily client communication
