Job Requirements

valid physical therapist license
minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience
ability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment
availability for 8-hour day shifts
willingness to relocate temporarily to Racine, Wisconsin
reliable transportation
excellent communication skills
physical stamina to perform therapy duties

Job Qualifications

valid physical therapist license
bachelor’s or master’s degree in physical therapy
experience in a clinical physical therapy setting
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
proficiency in documenting patient care
strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties

perform physical therapy evaluations and create treatment plans
implement therapeutic exercises and modalities
monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes
document patient records and therapy sessions accurately
adhere to all regulatory and facility policies
