Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years of echocardiography experience
  • valid certification in echocardiography technology
  • ability to work 40 hours per week in day shifts
  • capability to travel and fulfill a 13-week contract
  • strong attention to detail
  • effective communication skills
  • physical stamina to perform imaging procedures

Job Qualifications

  • associate degree in cardiovascular technology or related field
  • certification as an echocardiography technologist
  • minimum 2 years of relevant echocardiography experience
  • proficiency in operating ultrasound imaging equipment
  • strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • perform diagnostic echocardiography procedures to capture images of the heart
  • operate ultrasound devices and related equipment
  • assess and inspect heart chambers, walls, and valves for abnormalities
  • collaborate with cardiologists and medical team to interpret imaging results
  • maintain patient records and prepare reports
  • ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • provide excellent patient care and support during procedures
