Job Requirements

  • Registered nurse license
  • Experience in medical-surgical nursing
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
  • Willingness to travel and relocate to Wildomar, California
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Completion of supervisor education or leadership training
  • Availability for a 13-week assignment starting June 1, 2026

Job Qualifications

  • Valid nursing license as an RN
  • Experience in medical-surgical nursing
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management
  • Knowledge of hospital protocols and patient care standards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Certification or training in nursing supervision or team leadership

Job Duties

  • Oversee patient-care operations in the medical-surgical unit
  • Assign and monitor staff nurses during shifts
  • Coordinate communication between hospital management and clinical staff
  • Identify and implement quality improvements in patient care
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols
  • Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
  • Manage workflow and staffing to maintain efficient unit operations
