Job Requirements
- Registered nurse license
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Willingness to travel and relocate to Wildomar, California
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Completion of supervisor education or leadership training
- Availability for a 13-week assignment starting June 1, 2026
Job Qualifications
- Valid nursing license as an RN
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and patient care standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Certification or training in nursing supervision or team leadership
Job Duties
- Oversee patient-care operations in the medical-surgical unit
- Assign and monitor staff nurses during shifts
- Coordinate communication between hospital management and clinical staff
- Identify and implement quality improvements in patient care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
- Manage workflow and staffing to maintain efficient unit operations
