Renowned for its commitment to excellence, Prodware Solutions LLC plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between healthcare providers and the dynamic needs of healthcare facilities, ensuring that patients receive quality care delivered by experienced professionals. With a nationwide network and a strong reputation, the company is dedicated to fostering meaningful career opportunities for healthcare practitioners while supporting the operational success of client hospitals and clinics.

This current opportunity is for the position of Travel Nurse RN Manager Supervisor based in Los Angeles, California. This is a travel nursing role with a duration of 13 weeks, beginning August 5, 2026. The role involves 40 hours per week, working night shifts of 10 hours each. As a key leadership position within an acute care hospital environment, the RN House Supervisor will provide essential administrative and clinical oversight during the evening shifts. The core responsibility of this position includes overseeing hospital-wide operations such as staffing, patient flow, bed management, and clinical quality initiatives to ensure smooth and effective service delivery across multiple departments.

The RN House Supervisor acts as the administrative leader for the hospital during assigned night shifts, making critical decisions related to patient admissions, transfers, and throughput. This role requires rounding on patient care units regularly to assess staffing needs, bed availability, and any operational challenges that could impact patient care. The manager supervises nursing staff by offering clinical guidance, resolving complex patient care and operational issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates including Joint Commission standards and the Nursing Practice Act.

Leading emergency response efforts and supporting hospital-wide decision-making are further vital aspects of this role, emphasizing the need for proactive problem-solving skills and agility in fast-paced environments. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is crucial to optimize patient outcomes and efficient use of resources. This role also involves mentoring nursing personnel, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous performance improvement, aligned with organizational goals to enhance healthcare delivery and patient satisfaction.

Candidates for this role should bring a minimum of five years' experience in a leadership capacity such as a House Supervisor, Nursing Supervisor, or similar acute care leadership roles. A valid California RN license is a mandatory requirement. Expertise in staffing coordination, patient throughput management, bed allocation, and hospital operations is essential. Strong leadership skills complemented by effective communication, conflict resolution, and critical thinking abilities are necessary to excel in the dynamic hospital environment. Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, HCHAPS, regulatory compliance, and hands-on experience with Epic EMR systems will significantly contribute to success in this role.

Overall, this position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for seasoned nursing professionals seeking to apply their managerial expertise within a supportive travel nursing framework. It promises meaningful engagement in enhancing operational efficiency and patient care excellence at a prominent healthcare facility in Los Angeles.
