Nurses working with ALOIS are seen as ‘warriors in scrubs’—dedicated caregivers who deserve the best support and compensation in their field.

This particular opportunity is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing, available for a travel assignment in Worcester, Massachusetts. The position is a 13-week travel contract starting August 12, 2026, with shifts of 12 hours during nights and a commitment to 36 hours per week. This is a travel employment type, offering a dynamic and rewarding nursing experience. The role involves comprehensive patient care responsibilities, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. The nurse will provide direct bedside care to patients before and after surgery, ensuring their comfort and recovery are closely monitored and managed. This role requires a strong clinical background in Med Surg nursing and the ability to adapt to different hospital environments within a temporary assignment.

As part of the ALOIS Healthcare travel nurse team, the nurse will benefit from industry-leading pay rates enhanced by tax-free stipends related to cost of living and housing. Moreover, referral, sign-on, and extension bonuses are available, alongside weekly health insurance options or marketplace health insurance bonuses. Continuing education credits are also provided, supporting the ongoing professional development of the nurse. The assignment presents an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy travel nursing roles, wish to gain diverse clinical experience, and desire competitive compensation with strong institutional support.
