Job Requirements
- Valid RN license
- minimum of 3 years nursing experience
- prior management or leadership experience
- ability to work night shifts
- willingness to travel and work a 13-week assignment
- flexibility to work 40 hours per week
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- previous experience in nurse management or leadership role
- strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to supervise and motivate a nursing team
- knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
- proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Job Duties
- Manage nursing staff and oversee daily operations
