Job Requirements
- Current RN license
- at least 3 years of nursing experience
- ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- availability for 13-week travel assignment starting June 1, 2026
- willingness to travel
- effective leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- previous leadership or management experience preferred
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work night shifts
- experience in a travel nursing role is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee nursing staff and daily operations
- coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
- manage nursing workflows and schedules
- mentor and support nursing personnel
- implement clinical best practices and policies
- monitor compliance with healthcare regulations
- address staff and patient concerns promptly
