Job Requirements
- Current registered nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years nursing management experience
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Ability to commit to a 16-week travel assignment
- Willingness to travel to Bakersfield, California
- Must be able to start ASAP
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
