Job Requirements

  • Current registered nurse license
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing management experience
  • Availability to work 12-hour night shifts
  • Ability to commit to a 16-week travel assignment
  • Willingness to travel to Bakersfield, California
  • Must be able to start ASAP
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Registered nurse licensure
  • Proven experience in nursing management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in a travel nursing role preferred
