Job Requirements
- active registered nurse license
- oncology nursing experience
- availability to work 12-hour night shifts
- ability to start assignment on june 1 2026
- willingness to travel to reno nevada
- minimum 2 years of clinical experience in oncology nursing
Job Qualifications
- valid registered nurse license
- specialty certification in oncology preferred
- minimum of 2 years oncology nursing experience
- experience administering chemotherapy
- strong clinical assessment skills
- ability to work independently during night shifts
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- assess and monitor oncology patients during night shifts
- administer chemotherapy and other prescribed treatments
- provide patient and family education on cancer care and medication
- collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop care plans
- document patient progress and treatment responses accurately
- manage symptoms and side effects associated with oncology treatments
- maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols
