OR scrubs are provided by the facility, emphasizing a professional and consistent work environment.
Schedules involve working every other weekend with rare floating to the main OR. There are also call requirements involving overnight call shifts approximately twice per week, regular day calls about once per month, and around two weekend call shifts during the assignment period. Holiday work is expected depending on how many major holidays fall within the assignment, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year’s Eve/Day.
Compliance with all pre-employment requirements is mandatory to start on time; failure to comply may delay the assignment by two weeks due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule. Candidates will undergo a clinical screen to determine their fit for the facility prior to manager approval.
