Job Requirements

Registered nurse licensure in the state of Nevada or compact state
Minimum two years of experience in operating room nursing
Prior experience in cardiovascular surgical settings

Willingness to travel and relocate for the assignment

Job Qualifications

Current registered nurse licensure
Experience in cardiovascular operating room nursing
Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation
Ability to work in fast-paced surgical environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications

Job Duties

Prepare the operating room and cardiovascular surgical equipment for procedures
Monitor patients' vital signs and condition during surgery
Assist surgeons and other medical staff during cardiovascular operations
Maintain sterile environments and ensure compliance with infection control protocols
Document surgical procedures and patient care activities accurately
Collaborate with the perioperative team to optimize patient outcomes
Provide post-operative care and support as needed
